<br />ORDINANCE NO. ì Z--, <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br />ZONING CERTAIN TERRITORY <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Civil Town ofMooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town council of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, has adopted a Zoning Ordinance <br /> <br />for the Town that includes a map showing the zone classification assigned to land within the Town <br /> <br />boundaries; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been filed by Tim Dunbar for the Town of Mooresville to rezone certain <br /> <br />real estate owned by Lowell Haltom. The property location of this real estate is Lots 22, 23 and 24 of <br /> <br />Reagan's Addition. Which real estate is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots 22, 23 and 24 of Reagan's Addition to the Town of Mooresville, as recorded in Plat book 78 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />page 528, in the Office of the Record of Morgan County, Indiana; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in his petition Tim Dunbar requested that a R-2 zoning classification be assigned to this <br /> <br />real estate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has conducted a public hearing on the petitioner's <br /> <br />proposed zone classification for this territory and has certified the proposal with a favorable recommendation <br /> <br />to ÙIC Mooresville Tow11 Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council has reviewed and considered the Plan Commission's <br /> <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIlE TOWN COUNCIL OF TIlE TOWN OF <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE, INDIANA, TIIAT: <br /> <br />The real estate shall have the zoning classification ofR-2. <br /> <br /> <br />TIllS ORDINANCE IS HEREBY PASSED and ADOPTED TIllS ~ DAY OF <br /> <br /> <br />¥~ ,1999, <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />, INDIANA <br /> <br />~~~ <br />
