<br />I <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the portion of Bishop Avenue <br /> <br />between Carlisle Street and St. Claire Street in Mooresvi1le, Morgan County, Indiana, shall be <br /> <br />in a northern direction and posted for all vehicular traffic so that a1l traffic flows north from <br /> <br />Carlisle Street to St. Claire Street on Bishop Avenue. All motor vehicles and a1l other vehicular <br /> <br />traffic sha1l proceed only to the north on that portion of Bishop A venue between Carlisle Street <br /> <br />and St. Clair Street in Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana. The Street Commissioner or any <br /> <br />other person designated by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville shall post or <br /> <br />cause to be posted one-way signs for traffic control as needed, <br /> <br />SECTION II <br /> <br />Violation of this Ordinance is hereby declared punishable by a fine of not less than Five <br /> <br />D01lars ($5,00) nor more than Twenty-Five D01lars ($25,00) along with Court costs. This <br /> <br />Ordinance shall be enforced by the Mooresvi1le Police Department. Violations shall be cited <br /> <br />to the Mooresville Town Court. <br /> <br />SECTION lIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists and for that reason this Ordinance is declared to be in <br /> <br />full force and effect upon its passage and first publication. <br /> <br />Said Ordinance passed and adopted this 14th day of September, 1999, <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br /> <br />John L.
