<br />.- <br /> <br />-f· <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />, 1998 <br /> <br />~- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 17, 1997 <br />THE ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION <br />OF THE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF <br />THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town Council of the civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Morgan County, state of Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the elected officials and employees for the civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, are entitled to a salary, wage and <br /> <br />annual compensation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation of the employees of said Civil Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville shall be fixed by an Ordinance passed by the Town <br /> <br />Council of the civil Town of Mooresville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, from time to time it is necessary to amend the <br /> <br />compensation paid to employees of the Town of Mooresville; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the following compensation <br /> <br />on the named employees of the civil Town of Mooresville shall <br /> <br />henceforth be modified from the original compensation set in <br /> <br />Ordinance 17, 1997 as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Assistant to Building Inspector - $15.00 per inspection <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall become effective as of May 19, 1998. <br /> <br />All other terms and conditions of Ordinance 17, 1997 not <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />specifically amended in this Ordinance or any other Ordinance shall <br /> <br />remain as written. <br /> <br />'-... <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana <br /> <br />this 2nd day of June, 1998. <br />
