It shall not be permissible to give away any type of animal as a prize without <br /> first obtaining approval of the Town Council to ensure the public's safety from any health <br /> hazards. <br /> Section V. Any animal requiring a State Wide Animal Possession Permit must file with <br /> the Clerk/Treasurer a notice of the Permit, a description of the animal, the animal's location <br /> and copies of the Permit Application which would show the details including appropriate <br /> immunization, the plan to for quick and safe recapture and other details relevant to the public <br /> health and safety for the Town of Mooresville. <br /> SecUon VI. This Ordinance shall be enforced through the Town Animal Control Officer or <br /> the Town Marshall's Office with all violations being cited into the Mooresville Town Court. <br /> Section VII. Violations of any Section of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of up to <br /> Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per violation. The Town also reserves the right to take such <br /> other action as is necessary to terminate any existing violation including injunctive relief and <br /> other civil remedies available and the Town having the right to pursue all remedies available <br /> with no remedy deemed to be the exclusive remedy. <br /> Section VIIL Any person, individual, firm, legal entity, association or corporation found <br />� guilty of a violation of this Ordinance is advised that each day the violation exists shall be <br />` deemed a separate offense. <br />'� � <br /> Section IX.
