pr- ORDINANCE J/ ,1996 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A 15 MINUTE PARKING AREA ON THE WEST SIDE OF JEFFERSON STREET, MOORESVILLE, INDIANA WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted to the Civil Town of Mooresville through its Town Council to enact certain Ordinances to establish reasonable regulations for the protection of the life, health, safety and property of the citizens of the Civil Town of Mooresville, WHEREAS, it has become necessary to limit and restrict the parking on the West side of Jefferson Street North of Main Street for a distance of one hundred (100) feet; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that an Ordinance be adopted prohibiting parking in excess of fifteen (IS) minutes on the West side of Jefferson Street North of the intersection of Jefferson Street and Main Street for a distance of one hundred (100) feet as more particularly set out herein: SECTION I. That a restricted parking area shall be established North of Main Street on Jefferson Street for a distance of one hundred (100) feet on the West side of Jefferson Street restricting parking to a maximum of fifteen (IS) minutes and that this area shall be posted restricted parking fifteen (IS) minutes along the area so designated, SECTION II. That the Town Marshall's Office or persons designated by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, shall post or cause signs to be posted at the aforementioned area establishing the restricted fifteen (IS) minute parking area using language deemed appropriate to give the general public notice of the restrictive parking area, SECTION III, It is further and ordained by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville that the Mooresville Marshall or any Deputy Marshall of the Civil Town of MooresviJle,
