<br />~ <br /> <br />Indiana, is hereby authorized to tow away, or have removed and towed away by a commercial <br /> <br />towing service, any motor vehicle illegally parked in the above designed areas and can also cite <br /> <br />the violator on a uniform traffic citation into the Mooresville Town Court for a violation of this <br /> <br />Ordinance. Any vehicle towed away for a violation of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be <br /> <br />towed to a place of safe storage and shall not be returned to the owner of such motor vehicle, <br /> <br />until such time as the owner pay a reasonable commercial towing charge, any storage expense <br /> <br />and in addition thereto, said owner of the vehicle shall pay fines as shall be assessed for the <br /> <br />parking violation as provided in this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION IV, Violation of this Ordinance is hereby declared to be punishable by fines of not <br /> <br />less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more than Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00). <br /> <br />SECTION V.
