<br />· <br /> <br /> <br />-~- <br /> <br />Connection of Users not listed in Attachment Number 1 (which <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof) or any User which the <br />Town Council believes to vary sUbstantially (substantially meaning <br />by more than 15% from the EDU Factor listed in Attachment Number 1 <br />or a User who due to some unique characteristic does not fit in any <br />category listed on Attachment Number 1) shall have it's EDU Factor <br />determined by the Town Council based on projected EDU waste water <br />flows or any other equitable means as determined by the Town <br />Council. For the purposes of reviewing the unit contribution, the <br />usage of a single family residence will be considered as 300 <br />gallons per day. <br />In addition, the User shall be responsible for all costs of <br />connecting to the Town sanitary sewer system and the connection <br />shall be Subject to the inspection and approval of the Town. Any <br />potential User with a local or lateral sewer available for <br />connection shall be subject to a connection charge pursuant to this <br />Section thirty (30) days after the sewer is available for <br />connection by the user. <br />II. All payments under this Section will be Used as set out <br />in Ordinance 2-1994. <br />III. ReDeal of Ordinance. All Ordinances or Sections thereof <br />in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby replaced and repealed. <br />IV. Effective Date. NOW, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this <br />Ordinance shall be in full force and effective from and after it's <br />adoption by the Town Council, of the Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />"-- <br />
