<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />IS <br /> <br />, 1989 <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE CIVIL TOWN OF <br />MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing on September <br /> <br />28, 1989 on a petition for rezoning filed by Stanley E.
