<br />I <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY FINANCING RESOLUTION <br /> <br />BE IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-9-17, et ~, <br /> <br />that the Board of Trustees for the Civil Town of Mooresville <br /> <br />desires to construct and repair and reconstruct certain sidewalks, <br /> <br />curbs, gutters, and rights-of ways within the Town of Mooresville; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville desires to finance and pay <br /> <br />for said general improvements set out above through a municipal <br /> <br />general improvement fund, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-9-17; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville, through its Board of <br /> <br />Trustees, intends to proceed with the statutory requirements for <br /> <br />creating and establishing a general improvement fund for special <br /> <br />assessments to collect property taxes for the benefits set out <br /> <br />above. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Board of Trustees shall <br /> <br />proceed with the necessary statutory requirements to establish the <br /> <br />municipal general improvement fund to finance the construction of <br /> <br />sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and rights-of-ways within the Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville over a five-year period. <br /> <br />This written Resolution signed this <br /> <br />J-l1i <br /> <br />day of May, 1989. <br /> <br />CIVIL~TOWN OF MOORESVILLE <br />BOARD 'OF TRUSTEES <br /> <br />\ <br />L.-t.-~ -," !-......-- ----0:. <br />J~~ Michael Fistus, President <br /> <br />~ . <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />d/LL/ <br /> <br />, I <br /> <br />/~ILj~ "lZ C,-llC ~\ ì <br />Steph n A.
