<br />I <br /> <br />The Town Attorney shall be paid as follows: <br /> <br />a. Eighty Dollars ($80.00 per hour for all services rendered <br />at meetings of the Town Board, Plan Commission, Board of <br />Zoning Appeals and Park Department. <br /> <br />b. Eighty Dollars ($80.00) per hour for all other services <br />rendered for Client. <br /> <br />c. Client agrees to bear all filing fee expenses and court <br />costs, cost of any depositions, cost of obtaining the <br />attendance of witnesses, the printing of briefs and other <br />necessary expenses of litigation over and above normal trial <br />preparation which Attorney would pay as a part of his normal <br />overhead. <br /> <br />d. Attorney shall bill the Client monthly for all services <br />rendered by furnishing an itemized statement of services for <br />approval by the Town Board with payment to be made by Client <br />through its normal course of business. <br /> <br />e. Attorney shall handle bond issues (including loan <br />indebtedness) of the Town on a percentage basis, that being <br />one percent (1%) of the total bond issue. The Town will not <br />be billed hourly for any of the services pertaining to said <br />bond issue and the attorney fees shall be contingent upon the <br />sale of the bond issue. If the contract between the Attorney <br />and Town is discontinued prior to the sale of the bond issue, <br />then services rendered to date on the bond issue shall become <br />due at the time of the sale. This shall include all bonds of <br />the Civil Town of Mooresville, Fire Department, Park <br />Department, Economic Development Commission, and Loan <br />Indebtedness of the same. <br /> <br />Park Personnel shall be paid as follows: <br /> <br />Park Superintendent - $26,242.00 plus longevity pay <br /> <br />Park Security - $3,000.00 per year <br /> <br />Experienced Labor - $5.15 per hour <br /> <br />New Help - $4.12 per hour <br /> <br />Part-time and Seasonal Employees: <br /> <br />Lifeguard & ground maintenance - $4.25 per hour <br /> <br />Concession, playground & cashiers - $3.80 per hour <br /> <br />Assistant managers & summer playground director - $5.25 per <br />hour <br /> <br />Pool Manager - $6.00 per hour <br /> <br />For each return year in the same position - $.10 per hour <br /> <br />Bookkeeper/secretary - $6.30 per hour <br /> <br />Park Board Members - $20,00 per person for each attended <br />meeting <br /> <br />The Street Commissioner, Assistant Street Commissioner, <br /> <br />Experienced Street Department Laborers, Street Department <br /> <br />Laborers, Treatment Plant Superintendent, Assistant Treatment <br /> <br />Plant Superintendent, Treatment Plant Lab ~chnician, and <br /> <br />Treatment Plant Labor, the Mooresville Economic Development <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />, <br />l <br />
