<br />Department Head, and Park Superintendent shall be compensated at <br /> <br />the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) to one (1). <br /> <br />For everyone <br /> <br />hour in excess of forty (40) hours a week worked, the <br /> <br />aforementioned employees shall be paid one and one-half (1 1/2) <br /> <br />hours wages. <br /> <br />Longevity pay shall be calculated by multipying the number of <br /> <br />years employed by the Town by Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).
