<br />I <br /> <br />J2J~~/L <br />,,-- 7- !/7 <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE CIVIL TOWN of HQORESVlkLE, <br />HORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission held a public hearing on <br /> <br />April 23, 1987, with reference to an application for rezoning filed by <br /> <br />Martha Fishel and William E. Hardcastle, which petition was docketed as <br /> <br />Plan Commission Rezoning No. 2-1987, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission having jurisdiction over the <br /> <br />subject real estate has recommended to the Town Board of Trustees of the <br /> <br />Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana that the application for rezoning as <br /> <br />filed by said applicants be rezoned from its present classification A - <br /> <br />Residential to B - High Density Residential.
