AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.7, 1986 CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, State of Indiana, that: WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly or annual compensation, and WHEREAS, said compensation of the employees of said Civil Town shall be fixed by an ordinance passed by the Board of Trustees of the civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and WHEREAS, additional employees are from time to time added to the employment of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana as conditions and circumstances require, WHEREAS, it becomes necessary for the Town to take care of the necessary functions and duties required of the town government. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the following additional salaries and wages shall be paid from the General Fund Town Hall and added to and made a part of the compensations to be paid as set out in Ordinance No.7: Section I. Two utility people to be paid the sum of $4.00 per hour This Ordinance shall become effective August I, 1987 and shall continue until December 31, 1987 and all other parts of Ordinance No.7, 1986 are not affected and shall continue in existence as adopted December 2, 1986. ~ < .'
