I , 1984 ORDINANCE ,~IENDING ORDINfu~CE NO. 17, 1983 CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS AND ~IPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Hooresville, Morgan County, State of Indiana, that: vIHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Tmm of Hooresville, Indiana, are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly or annual compensation, and WHEREAS, said compensation of the employees of said Civil Town shall be fixed by an ordinance passed by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and WHEREAS, the compensation of such employees may be changed by an ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of ~looresville, Indiana, as conditions and circumstances require a change or changes and amendments. WHEREAS, it becomes necessary for the town to hire additional employees to take care of the necessary functions and duties required of the town government. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of ¡Iooresville, Indiana, that the salary ordinance passed under Ordinance No. 17, 1983 be amended and that the salaries and wages for the following named employees of the Town of Hooresville shall henceforth be as follows: Section T. The following salaries and wages paid from the general fund shall be amended to reflect the addition of the following: Clerk-typest $3.90 per hour Section IV. Park personnel $4.00 per hour for 3rd year employees PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, this day of April, 1984.
