WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held a public hearing j relevant to a petition for rezoning filed by Raesta Estates, Inc. which petition was docketed as Plan Commission Docket No, 4-1984 and \<HEREAS, the Nooresville Plan Commission has recommended to the Board of Trustees for the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the petition of Raesta Estates, Inc. be approved to rezone the following described real property from its current classification of AR - Agricultural Residential to A - Medium Density Residential: the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 14 North, Range 1 East, containing 20 acres, more or less, EXCEPT the following described parts thereof, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said South Half Southwest Quarter, Northwest Quarter, and running thence West on the North line thereof 380 feet; thence South 200 feet; thence East 380 feet to the East line thereof; thence North on said East line 200 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.723 acres, more or less. ALSO EXCEPT: Beginning on the East line of said half quarter Iquarter section 250 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence Hest 430 feet; thence South 95 feet; thence East 180 feet; thence South 168.1 feet; thence East 25 feet; thence South 26.9 feet; thence East 225 feet to the East line of said half quarter/quarter; thence North on the said East line thereof 290 feet to the place of beginning, containing 2.0466 acres, more or less. ALSO EXCEPT: Part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township and Range aforesaid, (original pin has been destroyed during construction of North Indiana Street); run thence S 89026' 34" H on the North line of said quarter-quarter, which is also the North line of "Hadley Woodland," a distance of 313.81 feet; run thence N 00033'26" H a distance of 155.0 feet; thence N 89026'34" E a distance of 91.0 feet; thence S 00033'26" E a distance of 26.90 feet; run thence S 89019'48" E a distance of 225.0 feet to the East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 25; run th~nce S 00026'20" W on said East line a distance of 123,30 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.969 of an acre, more or less, subject to the legal right of way of North Indiana Street and all easements. Containing, less said exceptions, 15.2614 acres, more or less.
