I ORDINANCE NO. / Ò , 1984 ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that: By the powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, by the laws of the State of Indiana, being Indiana Code 36-4-3, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the following tract of real estate, which is contiguous territory to the Civil Town of Mooresvíl1e, having in excess of 1/8th of the aggregate external boundaries of the territory coinciding with the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville with said contiguous strip of land being in excess of 150 feet wide at the point of connection to the Civil Town of Mooresville. That said following tracts real estate are hereby annexed into the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, said real estate being all situated in Morgan County, State of Indiana, to-wit: Part of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning on the North line of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, Township and Range aforesaid, 21.43 chains West of a stone at the Northeast corner of Section 35 (measured 1416,36 feet), run thence Westerly on said North line a distance of 122.5 feet to the Northeast corner of the following described real estate and the beginning point of this description. From said beginning point continue thence Westerly on said North line a distance of 220.7 feet; thence run South 07 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 112.2 feet; thence run South 00 degrees 13 minutes West a distance of 41.52 feet; thence run North 90 degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 235.5 feet to an Iron Pipe approximately 1.0 foot North of an existing blacktop drive; run thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes a distance of 152.76 feet to the beginning point, containing 0.806 of an acre, more or less, and subject to all easements of record.
