CLAIR STREET, GREENWOOD DRIVE &~ CHURCH STPÆET, <br />TOGß'fl\Ell 1{['l'n Tí1IÎ 1 NCnmN,!,,-\l, 1,Xl'EKSES IN CùNNECTION TIiERS,"I'T¿ ';':w œ; ACCÁ;.lU' 07 :-¿Z <br />ISSUANCE OF BONDS OR OF GOING I~~O DEBT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition has been filed by owners of taxable real estate in the Town <br /> <br />of Mooresville requesting the Board of Trustees to authorize the issuance of bonds for <br /> <br />the purpose of procuring funds to be applied to the cost of construction and reconstruc- <br /> <br />tion of Indianapolis Road and Main Street together with the application of asphalt to <br /> <br />the following roads: Fairlane Drive, Westbrook Drive, Crestwood Drive, West Washington <br /> <br />Street, West South Street, Bridge Street, Center Lane, St. Clair Street, Greenwood <br /> <br />Drive and Church Street, together with the incidental expenses in connection therewith <br /> <br />and on account of the issuance of bonds or of going into debt therefore, which petition <br /> <br />the Board of Trustees finds to be in due form, properly verified by the signers thereof, <br /> <br />and certified by the Auditor of Morgan County as being signed by more than fifty (50) <br /> <br />owners of taxable real estate in the Civil Town of Mooresville; that said petition in <br /> <br />all ways conforms to the requirements of the provisions of Indiana Code 6-l.1-20-3; <br /> <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE: <br /> <br />Section I. That the Civil Town of Mooresville shall obtain a loan in the amount <br /> <br />of $135,OOO.O~ for the purpose of procuring funds to be applied on the cost of the <br /> <br />construction and reconstruction of Indianapolis Road and Main Street together with <br /> <br />the application of asphalt to the following roads: <br /> <br />Fairlane Drive, Westbrook Drive, <br /> <br />Crestwood Drive, West Washington Street, West South Street, Bridge Street, Center Lane, <br /> <br />St. Clair Street, Greenwood Drive and Church S~reet together with the incidental <br /> <br />expenses in connection therewith and on the account of the issuance of bonds or going <br /> <br />into debt therefore. <br /> <br />Section 2. In order to procure said loan, the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to have prepared, and to issue and sell the negotiable general <br /> <br />, <br />obligation bonds of the town to be designated as "Municipal Bonds of 1983" in the <br /> <br />aggregate principal amount of $135,OOO.00, which bonds shall be issued in the <br /> <br />denomination of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) each. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />iF'> <br /> <br />~ <br />
