I \" Section 3. Said bonds shall be executed in the name of the Civil Town of Mooresville by signatures of the Chairman of the Town Board, and attested by the Clerk-Treasurer, who shall affix the seal of the Town to each of said bonds. The interest coupons attached to said bonds shall be executed by placing thereon the facsimile signatures of the Chairman of the Town Board, and attested by the Clerk- Treasurer, who, by the execution of said bonds, shall adopt as and for their own proper signatures their facsimile signatures appearing on said coupons. Said bonds shall, in the hands of bona fide holders, have all of the qualities of negotiable instruments. Section 4. l~e form and tenor of said bonds and the interest coupons to be attached thereto shall be in substantially the following form, all blanks to be filled in properly prior to delivery: (Interest Coupon) Coupon No. $ On the day of ,198 ,the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, will pay to bearer, at a bank in the City of , Indiana, the amount shown hereon, in lawful money of the United States of America, bearing interest then due on its Municipal Bond of 1983, dated , 1983. As soon as can be done after passage of this ordinance the Clerk- Treasurer shall give notice of the filing of the petition for and determination to - issue bonds. Said notice shall be published and notice shall be posted in three public places in the Town, as provided by Indiana Code 6-1.1-20-4, then no further steps towards the issuance of said bonds shall be taken unless and until the Board of Trustees shall have determined that such remonstrance is insufficient. In the event an objecting petition or petitions are filed by the taxpayers under the " p
