<br />..........-- <br /> <br />BOOK ß) PAGE <br /> <br />,~' .' . ,...,. <br />U\.i, _.".' <br /> <br />i-~,..: ~-: " <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~, 1983 <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE CIVIL <br />TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br /> <br />J <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commissivn has held a public hearing <br />I <br />relative to a petition for rezoning filed by Acquino Spagnola, which petition <br /> <br />was docketed as Plan Commission Docket No. 3-1983, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has recommended to the Board <br /> <br />of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana that the petition for <br /> <br />rezoning filed by Acquino Spagnola be approved to rezone the following described <br /> <br />real property from its current classification of A-Residential to B-Residential: <br /> <br />20 W. Morgan Street, Lots No. 10 and 11 of Charles L. Hallam's <br />Addition to the Town of Mooresville. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, <br /> <br />has considered the petition and recommendation of the Mooresville Plan Commission, <br /> <br />and having a public hearing on the same NOW ORDERS AND ORDAINS that such real <br /> <br />estate is now rezoned from its present classification of A-Residential to a <br /> <br />classification of B-Residential, such real estate as described in the aforementioned <br /> <br />legal description contained herein, being the real estate as described in the <br /> <br />Notice of Public Hearing filed for the public hearing held by the Mooresville <br /> <br />Plan Commission on October 27, 1983. <br /> <br />nr <br />This ordinance passed this / ;' ' <br /> <br />day of November, 1983. <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br />rnr "'-~!JRD <br />No~ 1 2 34 ~¡.I, '83 <br /> <br />BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br />CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />Stephen A.
