r , ORDINANCE 15 ,1983 PART I AN ORDINANCE REGULATING MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, CUTTING, CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION OR ALTERATION OF PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS, CURBS, SIDEWALKS AND ALL OTHER PUBLIC WAYS WITHIN THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA. PART II ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING POSTING OF SURETY BOND PRIOR TO ANY MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, CUTTING, CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION OR ALTERATION OF ANY PUBLIC STREET, ALLEY, CURBS, SIDEWALKS AND ALL OTHER PUBLIC WAYS WITHIN THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA. PART I BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan CountYt Indiana, that: , I Section 1 All maintenance, repair, alteration, cutting of, construction and reconstruction of public streets, alleys, curbs, sidewalks and all other public ways, shall be under the supervision of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, and/or its duly constituted agent, the Mooresville Street Superintendent. Section 2 It shall be unlawful to cut, construct, reconstruct, or lay any pavement on any public street, alley, curb, sidewalk or other public way, or to repair the same, or alter the same, without having first secured a permit therefor. Applications for such permits shall be made to the Clerk of the Civil Town of Mooresville. No such permits shall be issued except where the work will conform to the specifications of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville. Section 3 All such construction, cutting of, reconstruction, repairs or alterations of such public ways shall be made and conform with the specifications laid down or approved from time to time by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana. (a) Specifications: 1. Public Ways - Sod and Grass (a) Six (6) inches of top soil (b) Seed with 2~ perennial rye grass and 1 part Kentucky blue grass seed at a rate equivalent to 110 pounds per acre.
