<br />I <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br />/7 <br /> <br />, 1983 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ANNUAL COMPENSATION OF THE OFFICIALS AND <br />EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Morgan County, State of Indiana, that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the officers and employees for the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, <br /> <br />are entitled to a fixed hourly, monthly or annual compensation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said compensation of the employees of said civil town shall be <br /> <br />fixed by an ordinance passed by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation of such employees may be changed by an <br /> <br />ordinance of the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, as <br /> <br />conditions and circumstances require a change or changes. <br /> <br />~mEREAS, it becomes necessary for the town to hire additional employees <br /> <br />to take care of the necessary functions and duties required of thè town <br /> <br />government. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Trustees of the Civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that the salaries and wages for the following <br /> <br />named employees of the Town of Mooresville shall henceforth be as follows: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />The following salaries and wages shall be paid from the General Fund: <br /> <br />Chief Marshal - $1,701.00 per month <br /> <br />Assistant Chief Marshal - $1,559.25 per month <br /> <br />Lieutenant - $1,464.75 per month <br /> <br />Sargeant - $1,370.25 per month <br /> <br />Deputy Marshals - $1,285.17 per month <br /> <br />Breathalizer Operators (3) - $41.67 'per month <br /> <br />Juvenile Officer - $41.67 per month <br /> <br />Town Judge - $1,125.00 per month <br /> <br />Administrative Assistant to Town Judge - $916.67 per month <br /> <br />Court Clerk - $750.00 per month <br /> <br />Fire Chief - $1,531.25 per month <br />
