I ORDINANCE NO, 17, 1982 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA ON THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SWEETWOOD DRIVE FOR A DISTANCE OF 30 FEET WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF INDIANAPOLIS ROAD WITH SWEETVJOOD DRIVE IN THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, that: By the Powers vested in the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of ~ Mooresville, Indiana, by Indiana Code 9-4-1-28, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that whereas it is necessary to control the flow of traffic in the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, on Sweetwood Drive by establishing a no parking zone on and along the South right-of-way of Sweetwood Drive, beginning at a point on the Southwest corner of the intersection of Sweetwood Drive and Indianapolis Road, and thence running 30 feet West on and along the South right-of-way of Sweetwood Drive, it is hereby ORDERED AND ORDAINED that an ordinance be adopted prohibiting parking on and along said designated area at all times. SECTION I BE IT HEREBY ORDERED for the control of traffic on the South right-of-way of Sweetwood Drive, beginning at a point on the Southwest corner of the intersection of Sweetwood Drive and Indianapolis Road, thence running 30 feet West on and along the South right-af-way of Sweetwood Drive, be, and hereby is, established as a "No Parking Zone", and that no parking shall be permitted at any time at and along said designated area. SECTION II The Town Marshal, or any other person designated by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, shall post or cause to be posted signs at the aforesaid no parking areas, designating such area as a "No Parking Zone". SECTION III Be it further Ordained by the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that the Mooresville Town Marshal or any Deputy Marshal of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, is hereby authorized to tow away, or have removed and towed away by commercial towing service, any motor vehicle illegally parked in the above designated areas on the rights-of- way of the streets described in Section I.
