<br />t <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, <br /> <br />INDIANA; <br /> <br />SECTION I: For the use of and service rendered bv the <br />- <br /> <br />sewage treatment works system, rates and charges shall be collected <br /> <br /> <br />from the owner of each and every lot, parcel of real estate or <br /> <br /> <br />building that is connected with the Town's sewage treatment works <br /> <br /> <br />system, or which otherwise discharges sewage, industrial waste, <br /> <br /> <br />",ater or other liquids, ei ther directly or indirect ly into the <br /> <br /> <br />sewage treatment works system of the Town of Mooresville (herein- <br /> <br /> <br />after designated as "customer"), which rates and charges are <br /> <br /> <br />payab Ie "'.s hereinafter provided, <br /> <br /> <br />A, The sewage rates and charges sha]l be made on the basis <br /> <br /> <br />of each sewer connection or "customer" (hereinabove defined), <br /> <br /> <br />except as otherwise provided in this Ordinance, <br /> <br /> <br />I, Domestic Sewage Service Rates: The domestic sewage <br /> <br /> <br />service rates shall apply to each building or part of building or <br /> <br /> <br />trailer occupied as a residence by but one (1) family, In c?se of a <br /> <br /> <br />building with two (2) or more individual dwelling units, serviced <br /> <br /> <br />by a single sewer connection, the sewage service bills shall be <br /> <br /> <br />computed by multiplying the number. of individual dwelling units by <br /> <br /> <br />the domestic sewage service rates for such sewer connection, <br /> <br /> <br />The domestic sewage service charge shall cease to apply <br /> <br /> <br />to any building or part of a building which becomes regularly used <br /> <br /> <br />for co!!unercial or industrial purposes, Hhen end if a p0rtion of a <br /> <br /> <br />customer's premises becomes reg~larly used for commercial or industrial <br /> <br /> <br />purposes, a customer shall be charged for sewage service at the rate <br /> <br /> <br />applicable to commercial, industrial and municipal sewage services. <br /> <br /> <br />For each sewer connection and/or sewer customer, the sewage service <br /> <br />rate sha] 1 be at the rate of Eight Dollars and Fifty Cents ($8,50) <br />per month for domestic (residential) service, <br />2 Municipal Se"7age Rates; CommerciB1 Sewa~e Rates for <br />Users of Less than Fifty Thousand (50,000) Gallons per ~1onth Based on <br />Metered Water Usage There In Use, Except as Herein Otherwise Provided: <br />The municipal sewage service rate and commercial rate for users of less <br /> <br />-2- <br />
