To enhance the quality of life in the Town of <br /> <br /> <br />Mooresville and its contiguous areas, <br /> <br /> <br />Section II, Adult Entertainment Activities - Special <br /> <br /> <br />Restrictions, <br /> <br /> <br />Adult Entertainment Activities, as herein defined, shall <br /> <br /> <br />be subject to the restrictions, requirements and conditions contained <br /> <br /> <br />herein, The restrictions, requirements and conditions set forth <br /> <br /> <br />in this section are in addition to any and all other zoning require- <br /> <br /> <br />ments contained in the Mooresville Zoning Regulations, a part <br /> <br /> <br />of the Master Plan for the Town of Mooresville, Indiana as adopted <br /> <br /> <br />in Ordinance No, I, 1972 and as from time to time has been <br /> <br /> <br />amended, <br /> <br />A, Definitions, For the purpose of this ordinance, <br />the following definitions shall apply: <br />I, Adult Entertainment Activities, The term "Adult <br />Entertainment Activities" shall mean one or more of the following <br />activities: <br /> <br />(a) Adult Bookstore, An establishment having as <br />a substantial or significant portion of its stock in trade for <br />sale, rent or display, pictures, books, periodicals, magazines, <br />appliances and similar material which are distinguished or character- <br />ized by their emphasis on matter depicting, describing or relating <br />to sexual activities as hereinafter described or an establishment <br />with a segment or section devoted to the sale or display of <br />such material, <br />(b) Adult Motion Picture Theatre, An establishment <br />of fifty or more persons having as a substantial or significant <br />portion of its use the presentation of material having as a dominant <br />theme or characterized or distinguished by an emphasis on matter <br />depicting, describing or relating to sexual activities, as herein- <br />after described for observation by persons therein, <br /> <br />-3- <br />
