<br />2, Specified Sexual Activities, For the purpose of <br />this Section, "Specified Sexual Activities" is defined as: <br />(a) Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation <br /> <br />or arousal; <br /> <br />(b) Acts of human masturbation, sexual intercourse <br /> <br />or sodomy; <br /> <br />(c) Fondling or other erotic touching of human <br />genitals, pubic region, buttock or female breast. <br />3, Specified Anatomical Areas, For the purpose of <br />this Section, "Specified Anatomical Areas" is defined as: <br />(a) Less than completely and opaquely covered: <br />(I) human genitals, pubic regions; (2) buttock; (3) female breast <br />below a point immediately above the top of the areola,; and <br />(b) Human male genitals in a discernibly turgid <br />state, even if completely and opaquely covered. <br />4, Church. An edifice or building designed and/or <br />arranged for regular and continuing religious services. <br />B, Distance Restrictions, Requirements and Conditions. <br />1, Schools, Parks, Churches, and Public Areas. The <br />public entrance to an establishment engaging in adult entertainment <br />activities shall not be located within five hundred (500) feet of <br />any building containing a school, church, public park, public mall <br />or parklike area of public open space, Such distance shall be <br />measured along a straight line from the nearest property line of <br />the real estate on which said building or public parklike areas <br />is located to the entrance of such establishment engaging in an <br />adult entertainment activity, <br />2, Residential Areas, The public entrance to an <br />establishment engaging in adult entertainment activities may not <br />be located within five hundred (500) feet of an area zoned for <br />residential uses, Such distance shall be measured along a straight <br />line from the boundary line of an area zoned for residential use <br />to the entrance of such establishment engaging in an adult entertain- <br />ment activity, <br /> <br />-5- <br />
