Other Adult Entertainment Uses, Hotels, Motels <br />and Transportation Depots, The public entrance to an establishment <br />engaging in adult entertainment activities shall not be located <br />within one thousand (1,000) feet of the public entrance of another <br />adult entertainment activity establishment, nor within one thousand <br />(1,000) feet of the nearest property line of the real estate on <br />which any hotel, motel, convention facility or transportaion depot <br />is located, <br />C, Public Display of "Specified Sexual Activities" and <br />"Specified Anatomical Areas" Prohibited, <br />I, Materials offered for sale from adult newsracks <br />shall not be displayed or exhibited in a manner which exposes to <br />public view any pictures or illustrations of human genitals <br />or specified sexual activities. <br />2, Adult bookstores and adult motion picture theatres <br />shall not display or exhibit any material depicting human genitals <br />or specified sexual activities in a manner which exposes said <br />material to the view of persons outside the building in which said <br />bookstore or motion picture theatres are located, <br />Section III. Severability, <br />In the event any section or provision of this ordinance <br />or the application thereof, shall be held invalid, such holding shall <br />not affect or invalidate any other section or provision which is <br />not in itself invalid. <br />Section IV. Conflicts Repealed, <br />All ordinances or portions of ordinances in conflict with <br />the terms and provisions contained herein are hereby repealed, <br />Section V. Penalties, <br />Any individual, partnership, limited partnership, <br />corporation (profit or non-profit) or other business entity who <br />violates any provision of this ordinance or who disobeys, neglects <br />or refuses to comply with the provisions of this ordinance shall be <br />punished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500,00) <br />nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($I,OOO,OO) for each offense, <br />Each day of such vilation shall constitute a separate offense, <br />No additional notice other than notice for the original offense <br /> <br />-6- <br />
