r SECTION II: It shall be unlawful for any person to burn within the corporate limits of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana any garbage or green yard rubbish or wet yard rubbish which does not burn but only smoulders and creates large quantities of smoke. SECTION III: It shall be unlawful for any person to burn within the corporate limits of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana any refuse or dried out yard rubbish between the hours of 5:00 o'clock P.M. and 10:00 o'clock A.M. SECTION IV: It shall be unlawful for any person having in operation as a part of his business an incinerator without covering same with a screen or grate to entrap flammable material emitting therefrom. Such screen, or grating shall have suitable material to entrap such flammable garbage or refuse and the same shall not be more than one-half (~) inch guage. SECTION V: Violation of this ordinance is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than One Dollar ($1.00) or more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), each violation of this ordinance shall be deemed to be a separate offense. SECTION VI: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby specifically repealed. SECTION VII: Whereas, an emergency exists, this ordinance is declared to be in full force and effect. On passage of the same, the Clerk-Treasurer is directed to publish said ordinance.
