The Town Board fixes the date of <br /> <br />, 1981 <br /> <br />for a public hearing confirming this declaratory resolution and <br /> <br />for the purpose of receiving remonstrances and objections from <br /> <br />interested persons; and hereby directs the publication of a notice <br /> <br />of said hearing in accordance with I.C. 18-7-7.1-14. <br /> <br />Passed by the Town Board of Mooresville, Indiana, on the <br /> <br />day of May, 1981 and on said day signed by the President of the <br /> <br />Town Board and attested by the Clerk. <br /> <br />Stephen A.
