r NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION RE: CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said municipal corporation, at their regular meeting place at 7:30 o'clock p.m., on the 5th day of August, 1980, will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year. NAME OF FUND AMOUNT Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund Said funds to be used for replace- ment of roof at Mooresville Town Hall - Account #2-25(251) $20,000.00 Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund Said funds to be used to pay for the purchase of a copy machine for the office of the Clerk-Treasurer - Account #7-72725 2,400.00 Said funds to be used to purchase adjoining acreage to Town garage on Harrison Street. - Account #7-73 1,000.00 Said funds to be used to pay for the purchase of a recording device of in- coming calls for police and fire. Account #7-72726. (Police Department General Fund) 10,000.00 Said funds to be used for mainten- ance in Town cemetery. Account #226 264 2,500,00 Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard thereon. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners, which Board upon receipt, will hold a further hearing within fifteen (15) days at the County Auditor's office of said county, or at such other place as may be designated. At such hearing, taxpayers objecting to any of such additional appropriation may be heard. Interested taxpayers may inquire of the County Auditor when and where such hearing will be held.
