<br />r <br /> <br />..... <br /> <br />,'" <br /> <br />f::!.S6 <br /> <br />BOœ. 7-1 PA8E <br /> <br />3'2.; <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO, _L~___ <br /> <br />SPECIAL ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE IN THE <br />TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA <br />~-------r <br /> <br />1980 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held a <br />./ <br />public hearing on a Petition for Rezoning, filed by Hoosier <br /> <br />Water Company, Ine., which petition for rezoning was docketed <br /> <br />as Plan Commission Docket No. 3-1980, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has recom- <br /> <br />mended to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Mooresville, Ind- <br /> <br />iana, that the following described real estate, located within <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, be <br /> <br />rezoned as requested in such petition filed by Hoosier ~vater Com- <br /> <br />pany, Inc. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Moores- <br /> <br />ville, Indiana, having heard further evidence on such petition <br /> <br />for rezoning, does now accept the recommendation of the Moores- <br /> <br />ville Plan Commission, and the following described real estate <br /> <br />located in the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, is hereby rezoned <br /> <br />from its present zoning classification "AI' Residential, to <br /> <br />classification "GB" General Business. <br /> <br />Such real estate is more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Part of the Northeast quarter of Section 35, <br />Township 14 North, Range 1 East of the Second <br />Principal Meridian, Morgan County, Indiana, <br />being Lots #4, 5 and 6 and part of Lots #2, 3, <br />and 7 in Herbert and Marjorie Gregory's Subdi- <br />vision as platted in March, 1950, bounded and <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the West line <br />of Harrison Street and the South line of Jonesl <br />Addition to the Town of Mooresville extended N <br />80°001 W 121.1 feet from the Southwest corner <br />of Lot #5 in said addition, continue thence N <br />80°00' W a distance of 209.7 feet to an iron <br />pipe (the following bearings are based on this <br />line N 80°00 I W) Î deflect 23 degrees 21 minutes <br />left and run thence S76°391 W a distance of <br />214.4 feet to a point in the centerline of the <br />concrete bridge over White Lick Creek (said point <br />is 39.1 feet from the East end of the concrete <br />apron and 18,8 feet from the East end of the <br />bridge and 26,0 feet SI7°00' E from the Northwest <br />corner of Gregroy's Subdivision at the center of <br />
