I Boor;.1/' PAGE l1t 7::-J93 ORDINANCE NO. tW 1979 ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA, AND PROVIDING A MASTER PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONTIGUOUS UNINCORPORATED AREAS OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF ___,___ THE TOWN OF MOORESV I LLE, IND IANA WHEREAS, by statute the Indiana General Assembly has provided that a Town plan Commission may assume jurisdiction over unincorporated contiguous areas to a town which bear a reasonable relationship to the development of such tOWDJ all pursuant to I.C. 18-7-5-34; and WHEREAS, there exists contiguous unincorporated territory outside the corporate limits of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Ind- iana which bears a reasonable relationship to the development of the Town of Mooresville, Indiana; and WHEREAS, the Mooresville plan Commission desires to exer- cise jurisdiction over certain unincorporated contiguous territory outside the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, which bears a rea- sonable relationship to the development of the Civil Town of Moores- ville; and WHEREAS, the Mooresville Plan Commission has held public hearings on proposed amendments to the existing zoning regulations now in force and has placed before all interested persons at such public hearings, the proposed area which the Mooresville Plan Com- mission desires to exercise jurisdiction over, which lJse Map was introduced at the public hearings, and which is described in "Exhi- bit nAn, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by refer- ence; and WHEREAS, in order to exercise jurisdiction over such un- incorporated contiguous territory outside the Town of Mooresville, Indiana, the Mooresville plan Commission, after public hearings, has made its written recommendations of amendments to the Board of Trustees at its regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 20,
