<br />11'~ <br /> <br />BOÒ:r;: 7( PAGE <br /> <br />1979, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, <br /> <br />Indiana, does now accept without amendment the recommendations <br /> <br />of the Mooresville Plan Commission. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the <br /> <br />Mooresville Plan Commission shall hereafter exercise jurisdiction <br /> <br />over the unincorporated contiguous territory outside the Civil <br /> <br />Town of Mooresville, Indiana, which bears a reasonable relationship <br /> <br />to the development of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, as <br /> <br />described in the "Use Map" attached hereto, ~nd made a part hereof <br /> <br />and marked as Exhibit "A", and in order to implement the necessary <br /> <br />zoning regulations which shall hereafter be under the control of <br /> <br />the Mooresville Plan Commission, the following amendments are now <br /> <br />adopted as hereinafter specifically set forth to: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO, 1, 1972 <br />Entitled <br />"ZONING REGULATIONS OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA" <br /> <br />1. Section 13, entitled "Establishment of District, Zone Map <br /> <br />of Districtsl~, is amended by adding a third residential <br /> <br />district designation, "AR", Agricultural Residential. <br /> <br />2 . <br /> <br />Section 13 (C) <br /> <br />is amended by adding the following as <br /> <br />Section 13 (C) (c) <br /> <br />The AR District is a single family dis- <br /> <br />trict involving that portion of the unincorporated area with- <br /> <br />in the jurisdiction of the Mooresville Zoning Ordinance which <br /> <br />is unlikely to be annexed in the future, thus, property stan- <br /> <br />dards will be such that use of the land without extensive <br /> <br />public facilities will be acceptable. <br /> <br />3. Section 14 entitled "Residential Qses and Requirementsl! <br /> <br />paragraph (B) thereof, is amended by adding the following <br /> <br />paragraph as 14 (B) (2) <br /> <br />In the AR District, in addition to <br /> <br />the minimum lot area per dwelling unit specified in Figure 1, <br /> <br />-2- <br />
