11'~ BOÒ:r;: 7( PAGE 1979, the Board of Trustees of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, does now accept without amendment the recommendations of the Mooresville Plan Commission. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND ORDAINED that the Mooresville Plan Commission shall hereafter exercise jurisdiction over the unincorporated contiguous territory outside the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, which bears a reasonable relationship to the development of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, as described in the "Use Map" attached hereto, ~nd made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "A", and in order to implement the necessary zoning regulations which shall hereafter be under the control of the Mooresville Plan Commission, the following amendments are now adopted as hereinafter specifically set forth to: I. ORDINANCE NO, 1, 1972 Entitled "ZONING REGULATIONS OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA" 1. Section 13, entitled "Establishment of District, Zone Map of Districtsl~, is amended by adding a third residential district designation, "AR", Agricultural Residential. 2 . Section 13 (C) is amended by adding the following as Section 13 (C) (c) The AR District is a single family dis- trict involving that portion of the unincorporated area with- in the jurisdiction of the Mooresville Zoning Ordinance which is unlikely to be annexed in the future, thus, property stan- dards will be such that use of the land without extensive public facilities will be acceptable. 3. Section 14 entitled "Residential Qses and Requirementsl! paragraph (B) thereof, is amended by adding the following paragraph as 14 (B) (2) In the AR District, in addition to the minimum lot area per dwelling unit specified in Figure 1, -2-
