If the employee is a Supervisor or salaried employee the amount shall be $0 . 50 per hour up to 40 hours per week to be added to their income . The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of the Department and other employees. The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time receive time off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 11 hours time off as compensation.
