Full-Time employees of the MVII Department shall receive as a <br /> benefit 11 . 2% of the employee' s salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> Up to four (4) seasonal employees shall be paid at the rate of <br /> $12 . 00 per hour w.ihh seasonal employees from the prior year to be <br /> paid an additional $0 . 50 per hour . These employees are seasonal, <br /> despite the number of hours worked shall not be considered full- <br /> time employees or receive health insurance benefits under the <br /> Town or monies paid into the Town retirement account . <br /> SECTION VIII . WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> Paid from WWTP Annual Salary and/or Rate of <br /> Pay (to be paid in equal bi- <br /> weekly increments for salary <br /> and rate of pay by hourly pay <br /> periods bi-weekly) <br /> Treatment Plant Superintendent $52, 860 . 00 <br /> Skilled Treatment Plant Operators 19 . 41 per hour <br /> Unskilled Treatment Plant Operator 15 . 63 per hour <br /> Additional hourly pay shall be paid to a Lab Technician in the <br /> amount of $1 . 50 per hour, for a Lead Operator an additional $1 . 50 <br /> per hour, for a Designated Full-Time Driver with CDL an <br /> additional $0 . 50 per hour, and for a Class I License an <br /> additional $0 . 50 per hour. <br /> The Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time <br /> versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and <br /> head of the Department and other employees . The Treatment Plant <br /> Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time receive <br /> time off at the rate of 14 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 <br /> hours worked he shall receive 14 hours time off as compensation . <br /> Full-Time employees of the Treatment Plant shall receive as a <br /> benefit 11 . 2% of the employee' s salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> SECTION IX. PARK DEPARTMENT <br /> Paid from Park & Recreation Fund Annual Salary and/or Rate of <br /> Pay (to be paid in equal bi- <br /> weekly increments for salary <br /> and rate of pay by hourly pay <br /> periods bi-weekly) <br /> Park Superintendent $52, 860 . 00 plus longevity <br /> Office Manager 19. 21 per hour <br /> Assistant Superintendent 46, 000 . 00 <br /> Recreation Director <br /> Maintenance Supervisor 19 . 41 per hour <br /> Maintenance Worker 16 . 20 per hour <br /> Park Board Members 35 . 00 per person per <br /> each meeting attended <br />
