impaired to the extent that normal development or use of the <br /> <br />property is hindered in its present state. <br /> <br />6. A substantial number of residents of this County are <br /> <br />unable to gain employment and a revitalization area will assist <br /> <br />residents of this Town to lead gainful and productive lives, <br /> <br />thereby contributing to the quality of life and revenues of all <br /> <br />levels of government. <br /> <br />7. The Town Council finds that: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The value of the proposed extension of the existing <br />plant and related addition is reasonable for a project <br />of this nature; <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />That the estimated number of individuals who will be <br />employed along with maintaining the existing employment <br />of this business is significant as a result of the <br />proposed expansion; <br /> <br />The annual salaries of those individuals who will be <br />employed will be in excess of the County average wage <br />and will result in additional employment along with <br />keeping those employees currently employed at this <br />plant through this redevelopment project; <br /> <br />This project will maintain an existing employer and <br />establish an expanded use of the area that will assist <br />in further development; and, <br /> <br />(e} The totality of the benefits is sufficient to justify <br /> the deductions requested. <br /> <br />adopted, <br />assessor <br /> <br />The Resolution pursuant to these Findings of Fact, as <br />should be reaffirmed and forwarded to the Morgan County <br />to qualify for tax deductions and assessments adjustment <br /> <br />for real property when new improvements are constructed by the <br />Applicant, or a purchaser from the Applicant, for manufacturing <br />equipment to be installed and buildings to be erected that could <br />qualify for such adjustment and deduction within the terms and <br />conditions of the Indiana Code Sections cited if a proper <br /> <br /> <br />
