C <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. - . <br /> <br />BEFORE THE TOWN COUNCIL OF MOORESVlLLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />UPON THE APPLICATION OF: Robert E. Pollard II <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING LAND WffHIN <br /> THE JURISDICTION OF THE TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held the 22nd day of March, 2001, with notice given as <br />required by the Town Zoning Ordinance upon the application of Robert E. Pollard II, for the <br />rezoning of the real property described as follows: <br /> <br /> SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT 'A' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4 the Mooresville Plan Commission mede an <br />unfavorable recommendation to the Mooresville Town Council for said rezoning request from <br />Agricultural (AG) district to Local Business (B-2) district. <br /> <br /> NOW WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after diligent review of the metters <br />pertaining to rezoning of the above described land at a public meeting held on the 17~h <br />day of April, 2001, find that the requested zoning classification is appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the zoning classification of <br /> <br />Local Business (13-2) shall hereinafter apply to the real property described above and the Zoning <br />Ordinance of Mooresville, Indiana shall be amended to show and reflect said zoning for the real <br />property described above effective as of the execution of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Dated: q-/ ?-~) / <br /> <br />Mooresville Town Council <br /> <br />Sandm Perry, Clerk-Treasurer <br /> <br />THIS INSTRUMENT PREPARED BY Rober[ E.
