POLLARD II <br /> <br />Part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, <br />Township 13 North, Range 2 East, Morgan County, Indiana, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at an engraved stone which marks the southwest comer of the above <br />captioned West Half; thence North no degrees 21 minutes 59 seconds East (assumed <br />bearing), with the west line of said West Half, 1106.08 feat to an iron pin (for reference a <br />wood corner post was found North 88 degrees 50 minutes 25 seconds East, 2.7 feet); thence <br />North 88 degrees 50 minutes 25 seconds East, 175.89 feet to an iron pin and the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; thence South no degrees 21 minutes 59 <br />seconds West, 460.24 feet to an iron survey nail on the centerline of State Road Number <br />144; thence with said centerline, South 60 degrees 49 minutes 03 seconds East, 68.48 feet <br />to an iron survey nail; thence North no degrees 21 minutes 59 seconds East, 218.22 feet to <br />an iron pin; thence North 88 degrees 50 minutes 25 seconds East, 209.88 feet to an iron pin; <br />thence South no degreas 20 minutes 41 seconds West, 115.94 feet to an iron pin; thence <br />South 89 degrees 39 minutes 19 seconds East, 230.00 feet to an iron pin on the east line of <br />the West Half of the quarter-quarter; thence with said east line North no degrees 20 minutes <br />41 seconds East, 398.61 feet to an iron pin (for reference, a wood corner post was found <br />South 03 degrees 07 minutes 49 seconds East, 3.25 feet); thence South 88 degrees 50 <br />minutes 25 seconds West, 499.88 feat to the point of beginning and containing 4.078 acres, <br />more or less. <br /> <br />Unless stated otherwise, the reference to "iron pins and iron survey nails" in this description <br />refer to monuments set by Ross O. Holloway, Indiana Registered Land Surveyor, during the <br />odginal survey of this parcel.
