<br />Assisstant Aerobics Instructor <br /> <br />15.00 per hr. <br /> <br />Full time employee's of the Mooresville Park District shall receive a benefit of II % of <br />salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> <br />Overtime for Park Department employees shall be granted to the Director of Aquatics <br />and Recreation and Office Manager and Maintenance Supervisor exempting seasonal <br />workers under the Fair Labor Standards Act that would qualify for this exemption. <br />Employees that are not exempt shall be entitled to overtime as defined by the Town's <br />overtime policy. For every one-hour in excess of forty (40) hours a week worked, the <br />aforementioned employees shall be paid one and one-half (1 Y2) hours wages. <br /> <br />Overtime: Overtime shall be defined as hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. <br />Overtime compensation shall be paid at the rate of I Y2 hours of wages for every I hour in <br />excess of 40 hours of work per week. These provisions shall not apply to Police and Fire <br />schedules where comp time is granted to the employees so long as the Federal Fair Labor <br />Standards Act provisions are met. Seasonal and other part time employees working more <br />than their normal hours may elect to be paid at their prevailing hourly rate of ayor receive <br />compensatory time at the rate of I Y2 to I. <br /> <br />The Park Department Superintendent, Street Department Superintendent, Waste Water <br />Treatment Plan Superintendent shall receive compensatory time off for time worked in <br />excess of 40 hours where they are exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards <br />Act at the rate of I Y2 to I, I Y2 hours off for every I hour worked. <br /> <br />Mileage will be paid at $.32 per mile driven by designated employees for Town Business <br />only. <br /> <br />LONGEVITY SCALE <br /> <br />0-4 YEARS <br />5-9 YEARS <br />10-14 YEARS <br />15-19 YEARS <br />20 AND ABOVE YEARS <br /> <br />$ .00 <br />500.00 <br />1,000.00 <br />1,500.00 <br />2,000.00 <br /> <br />$19.23 <br />38.46 <br />57.69 <br />76.92 <br /> <br />This longevity scale was added in 2002 and is not additional to previous longevity <br />amounts being paid but whichever is greater. Previous longevity pay shall be calculated <br />by multiplying the number of years employed by the Town of Mooresville by $200.00. <br />The number of years employed shall be determined by counting the calendar year an <br />employee was hired as one complete year, plus each successive year the employee has <br />continued to be employed by the Town, plus the calendar year 1991 (to be treated as one <br />additional year) and adding these three figures together to devrive the amount of <br />
