<br />Longevity pay an employee would be entitled to. No employee shall receive any credit <br />for Longevity service after the year 1991. <br /> <br />Eligible employees shall be entitled to retirement benefits provided by the Town of <br />Mooresville pursuant to Resolutions and Ordinances passed by the Town of Mooresville <br />that would entitle them to these benefits. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall become effective for pay periods starting December 28,2002, and <br />shall continue in full force and effect until December 26, 2003, unless amended.
