<br />RESOLUTION /1 <br /> <br />, 2004 <br /> <br />MOORESVILLE TOWN COUNCIL <br />CONFIRMATORY RESOLUTION FOR THE GRANTING OF A TAX ABATEMENT FOR <br />ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Civil Town Mooresville <br /> <br />recognizes the need to stimulate redevelopment and <br /> <br />rehabilitation within the Town; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville <br /> <br />recognizes that the citizens would served by stimulating growth <br /> <br />of existing businesses, new businesses and employment <br /> <br />opportunities within the Town; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the addition of new business and industry to the <br /> <br />Town is of public utility and benefit to the citizens and <br /> <br />redevelopment and rehabilitation of businesses and industries <br /> <br />located within the Town; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain areas within the Town of Mooresville have <br /> <br />become undesirable for or impossible for normal development and <br /> <br />occupancy because of lack of development, cessation of growth, <br /> <br />deterioration of the area due to factors such as location, <br /> <br />location as compared to competing areas; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville has been requested by <br /> <br />Electronics Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. to find pursuant to <br /> <br />Indiana Code 6-1.1-12.1 et seq. that a personal property tax <br /> <br />abatement should be granted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the 16th day of November, 2004, the Town <br /> <br />Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville did adopt a Declaratory <br /> <br />Resolution granting the personal property tax abatement over a <br /> <br />--..'-"'--..-...--'-'-..-.------ <br />
