<br />three (3) year period for Electronics Manufacturing Solutions, <br /> <br /> <br />Inc. pursuant to the SB1 filed by them; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of the adoption and substance of said <br /> <br /> <br />Declaratory Resolution was published in the Mooresville Times <br /> <br /> <br />and the Martinsville Daily Reporter pursuant to Indiana Code 6- <br /> <br /> <br />1.1-12.1-4.5 and Indiana Code 5-]-1; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Statement of Benefits and pertinent supporting <br />data were available for public inspection in the Offices of the <br />Clerk/Treasurer's Office of the Town of Mooresville; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council will determine the <br />extent of the tax abatement period allowed and will base the <br />length of the personal property abatement on the amount of <br />investment, new employees and other related information; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mooresville Town Council, after conducting a <br />public hearing on this matter, has given careful consideration <br />to all comments and views expressed and written evidence <br /> <br /> <br />presented regarding the description of the abatement; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Mooresville Town <br /> <br /> <br />Council confirms certain findings made in the subject <br /> <br /> <br />Declaratory Resolution being to-wit: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The estimated value of the redevelopment is reasonable <br /> <br /> <br />for projects of this size due to the nature of employment, <br /> <br /> <br />number of new employees and proposed additional employees as <br /> <br /> <br />projected; and <br /> <br /> <br />2. The number of individuals who will be employed along <br /> <br /> <br />with those that can be expected to gain employment is of <br /> <br /> <br />significant benefit to the Town; and <br /> <br />________m..__ <br />
