SECTION VI . STREET DEPARTMENT <br /> Paid from MVH Fund Annual Salary and/or Rate of <br /> Pay (to be paid in equal bi- <br /> weekly increments for salary <br /> and rate of pay by hourly pay <br /> periods bi-weekly) <br /> Street Superintendent $53, 860 . 00 <br /> Assistant Street Superintendent 22 . 92 per hour <br /> Skilled Labor 19. 89 per hour <br /> Entry Level 19. 39 per hour <br /> Shall receive a $0. 50 raise after the first six months <br /> Unskilled Labor 16. 11 per hour <br /> Entry Level 15 . 61 per hour <br /> Shall receive a $0 . 50 raise after the first six months <br /> Office Manager 40, 972 . 00 <br /> An additional $0. 50 per hour shall be paid to any employee with a <br /> Category 8 Certification. If the employee is a Supervisor or <br /> salaried employee the amount shall be $0. 50 per hour up to 40 <br /> hours per week to be added to their income. <br /> The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus <br /> overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of <br /> the Department and other employees . The Street Superintendent <br /> shall be entitled to compensation time receive time off at the <br /> rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he <br /> shall receive 1 hour time off as compensation. <br /> Full-Time employees of the MVH Department shall receive as a <br /> benefit 14 . 2% of the employee' s salary paid by the Town to PERF. <br /> Up to four (4) seasonal employees shall be paid at the rate of <br /> $12 . 00 per hour with seasonal employees from the prior year to be <br /> paid an additional $0 . 50 per hour. These employees are seasonal, <br /> despite the number of hours worked shall not be considered full- <br /> time employees or receive health insurance benefits under the <br /> Town or monies paid into the Town retirement account . <br />
