SECTION VI . STORMWATER DEPARTMENT Stormwater Inspector & 19. 89 per hour Building Inspector Part-Time Compliance Assistant & 11 . 32 per hour Building Inspector 12 . 50 per hour after 3 months Seasonal Stormwater Employees 12 . 00 per hour Full-Time employees of the Stormwater Department shall receive as a benefit 14 . 2% of the employee' s salary paid by the Town to PERF. STREET DEPARTMENT Paid from MVH Fund Annual Salary and/or Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Street Superintendent $53, 860 . 00 Assistant Street Superintendent 22 . 92 per hour Skilled Labor 19. 89 per hour Entry Level 19. 39 per hour Shall receive a $0. 50 raise after the first six months Unskilled Labor 16. 11 per hour Entry Level 15 . 61 per hour Shall receive a $0 . 50 raise after the first six months Office Manager 40, 972 . 00 An additional $0. 50 per hour shall be paid to any employee with a Category 8 Certification. If the employee is a Supervisor or salaried employee the amount shall be $0. 50 per hour up to 40 hours per week to be added to their income. The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of the Department and other employees . The Street Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time receive time off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 1 hour time off as compensation. Full-Time employees of the MVH Department shall receive as a benefit 14 . 2% of the employee' s salary paid by the Town to PERF. Up to four (4) seasonal employees shall be paid at the rate of $12 . 00 per hour with seasonal employees from the prior year to be paid an additional $0 . 50 per hour. These employees are seasonal, despite the number of hours worked shall not be considered full- time employees or receive health insurance benefits under the Town or monies paid into the Town retirement account .
