SECTION VIII . WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Paid from WWTP Annual Salary and/or Rate of Pay (to be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Treatment Plant Superintendent $53, 860 . 00 Skilled Treatment Plant Operators 19. 89 per hour Unskilled Treatment Plant Operator 16. 11 per hour Additional hourly pay shall be paid to a Lab Technician in the amount of $1 . 50 per hour, for a Lead Operator an additional $1 . 50 per hour, for a Designated Full-Time Driver with CDL an additional $0. 50 per hour, and for a Class I License an additional $0 . 50 per hour. The Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to comp time versus overtime due to his position being one of supervisor and head of the Department and other employees . The Treatment Plant Superintendent shall be entitled to compensation time receive time off at the rate of 1 to 1, for every hour in excess of 40 hours worked he shall receive 1 hour time off as compensation. Full-Time employees of the Treatment Plant shall receive as a benefit 14 . 2% of the employee' s salary paid by the Town to PERF. SECTION IX. PARK DEPARTMENT Paid from Park & Recreation Fund Annual Salary and/or Rate of Pay (to_ be paid in equal bi- weekly increments for salary and rate of pay by hourly pay periods bi-weekly) Park Superintendent $53, 860 . 00 plus longevity Office Manager 19 . 69 per hour Assistant Superintendent 47, 000 . 00 Recreation Director Maintenance Supervisor 19. 89 per hour Maintenance Worker 16 . 68 per hour Park Board Members 35 . 00 per person per each meeting attended Lifeguard, Sub-Guard, Concession, 7 . 25 per hour* Sub-Concession, Park Maintenance, Activity Leader, Office Worker Lifeguard II, Concession II, 7 . 50 per hour* Swim Instructor, Office Worker II Park Maintenance, Activity Leader II (3" year returns)
