Commission members present were: <br /> Harold Gutzwiller, Tim Corman, Don Stultz, George Watkins, and Bill <br /> Boyd. Marls Meadows, member from the School Board, Chelsey Manns, <br /> Morgan County Economic Development Director, and Attorney Tim <br /> Currens were also present. <br /> A motion was made to approve the minutes of February 17, 2014 meeting by <br /> Commissioner Corman with a second by Commissioner Stultz. Motion <br /> carried 4-0-1. Commissioner Watkins abstained. <br />
