Chairman Gutzwiller appointed Commissioner Watkins, Bill Boyd, and <br /> Chelsey Maims to form a subcommittee to study the matter. Chelsey said <br /> Flagstaff Business Park could be an option for the land. <br /> Mooresville Sewer Commitment-The Redevelopment Commission <br /> committed $300,000 a year to the Wastewater Expansion Project and 1.2 <br /> million dollars up front. The Wastewater Expansion project came in under <br /> budget and the Commission will receive approximately 1.2 million dollars <br /> back. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Boyd with a second by <br /> Commissioner Stultz to re-allocate the leftover funds from the Wastewater <br /> Expansion Project, not to exceed what they receive back, to put in the <br /> Eastside Interceptor Project and other sewer improvements. Motion carried <br /> 4-1, Commissioner Corman opposed. <br /> Meeting Date Reconsideration–A motion was made by Commissioner <br /> Boyd with a second by Commissioner Stultz to move the commission's <br /> meeting date from the 3'a Monday of the month to the First Thursday of the <br /> month.
