MOORESVILLE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, 2014, 6:00 P. M. <br /> Redevelopment Commission members present were: Chairman Harold Gutzwiller, Tim <br /> Corman, Don Stultz, Bill Boyd, and school board member representative Mark Meadows. <br /> Commission member George Watkins was absent. Attorney Currens was present. <br /> Chelsea Manns, MCEDC Director, was present. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Corman with a second by Commissioner Stultz to <br /> approve minutes of November 18, 2013 meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Corman with a second by Commissioner Stultz to <br /> approve minutes of November 22, 2013 meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Reorganization: A motion was made by Commissioner Corman with a second by <br /> Commissioner Boyd to nominate Harold Gutzwiller for Chairman. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Corman with a second by Commissioner Boyd to <br /> nominate Don Stultz as Vice Chairman. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Stultz with a second by Commissioner Boyd to <br /> nominate Tim Corman for Secretary. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Financial Reports: A motion was made by Commissioner Corman with a second by <br /> Co nmissioner Stultz to approve the financial report for TIF. Motion carried 4-0. See <br /> Attached report. <br /> Gateway: The consultants will be at the February 17th meeting to present an alternative. <br /> Southbridge Crossing: There were three bids for improvements to Roscoe's Tacos leased <br /> area. 1. Remco $40,465.00 <br /> 2. T& W $58,246.00 <br /> 3. Gibson $39,800.00 <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Corman with a second by Commissioner Stultz to <br /> approve the lowest bid of$39,800.00 from Gibson. Motion carried 5-0. Chairman <br /> Gutzwiller will notify Midland Management Gibson won the bid. <br />
