A one page summary is to be given to the <br /> commission and Rundell Ernstberger is to bring back contracts for the landscape north <br /> and south Gateways ibr the obelisk and torch. <br /> Chairman Gutzwiller reported he had anticipated having a new project and lease at <br /> Southbridge but has not heard back from the person as of yet. <br /> Southbridge: The property management firm selection had a committee of two to meet <br /> with prospective management companies. The committee interviewed two companies <br /> and their recommendation is to pursue a contract with CBRE. This company can also <br /> lease and possibly sell the shopping center in the future. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Boyd with a second by Commissioner Slullz to <br /> approve pursuing a contract with Cl3RE to manage Southbridge. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Boyd with a second by Commissioner Slullz to <br /> have Commissioner Gorman to work with legal counsel and Chelsea to get a contract <br /> written. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> Old business: None <br /> New business: Annually the commission has to file an annual report to the Town <br /> Council and then on to the State thru Gateway. Legal counsel has drafted a report to file <br /> F by March 15th which is before the next meeting. A motion was made by Commissioner <br /> Cot i nan with a second by Commissioner Boyd to tentatively approve the report and give <br /> to Attorney Currens by February 2311.
