Mike <br />Young called for a motion, Jeff Dieterlen made a motion to accept, Brian <br />Anderson seconded and the motion passed 6 -0. <br />Dennis Nail reported there have been 12 permits and 28 inspections since the <br />last meeting. He also stated the Ross Holloway hadn't gotten very far with <br />Martinsville on the combined effort of the ordinance book, if nothing comes <br />together in January we will proceed without Martinsville. <br />In New business Tim Currens announced that previous town employee Joe <br />Beikman was a signatory on a long standing bond for the Wyttenbach Project, <br />known as Keswick Estates on Keys and Bunker Hills Rd, the Plan <br />Commission needs to appoint a new signatory. Mike Young asked if Dennis <br />Nail could do it, Tim Currens suggested Sandra Perry, Clerk Treasurer, <br />commission member Tammy VanHook confirmed that Sandy would be <br />willing, the Plan Commission voted unanimously for Sandra Perry to replace <br />Joe Beikman as signature on that bond. Tim Currens will draw up necessary <br />paperwork. <br />A motion was made to adjourn, seconded and passed. <br />Chairman <br />Secretary <br />
