For the Good of the Order: Commissioner Gutzwiller proposed that upon the execution of the <br />Assignment and Assumption of Lease and execution of the new lease at Southbridge Crossing, that the <br />RDC update the two appraisals which were commissioner last year. Commissioner Corman made the <br />made the motion that upon the execution of both documents, the RDC commission the updating of the <br />two appraisals.
