Property is on the North side of SR 42. <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />Intended Use: Residential <br />Existing Conditions: Existing Single-family residence deck shed, and pond <br />Additional Information: (Access to subdivision, # of roads within subdivision, # of lots, etc.) <br />Access to minor plat will be off existing driveways on State Road 42.
